This trek is short and easy day trek around Pokhara in Annapurna region . Australian Camp and Dhampus Village are the major attraction of this trek. You will see closed view of Dhaulagiri, Annapurna South, Himchuli, Machhapurchhre, Annapurna IV, Annapurna III, Annapurna II, Lamjung Himal and Manaslu range etc. in a clear day..

After your Breakfast, we drive to Kande by private vehicles. It takes one hour driving from Pokhara to Kande which is the starting point of this trek. There is nice walking trail from Kande to Australian Camp. It takes one and half hours walk to reach Australian Camp from Kande. Australian Camp is the best place from where you enjoy the view of the Himalayan Mountains of Annapurna range, Machhapuchhre, Manaslu range and also beautiful green hills.

From Australian Camp, we trek down to Dhampus. Dhampus is another nice village. It takes about 1 hour walking from Australian Camp. The trail from Australian Camp to Dhampus is very nice. We walk through jungle. If it is clear day, you will see Annapurna Himalayas on the background. In the middle of the Dhampus village, we will have Lunch. Dhampus is a Nepali typical village. You can still see nice himalayas View if weather is still clear.

Now, you trek from Dhampus to Phedi. It takes another two hours walking down to Phedi. The trail is stone steps which is follow by the long generation. From Phedi, 30 minutes drive back to your Hotel in Pokhara by private vehicle.

 


Extra Information

  • Day 1
    Your arrival in Kathmandu. 1360m. You will be welcomed in Kathmandu and upon arrival transferred to the Hotel. Short briefing about program.
  • Day 2
    Fly to Pokhara and transfer to hotel. After lunch Pokhara Sightseeing. O/N Hotel. You will be picked up from the hotel and transferred to the domestic airport and fly Pokhara. Upon arrival at Pokhara you will be transferred to the hotel. After lunch, visit International Mountain Museum, Davis fall and Mahendra cave. Then drive back to Hotel.
  • Day 3
    Drive to Kare and trek to Australian Camp. O/N at Local Lodge. After breakfast drive to Kare and trek to Australian Camp. This is the place from where you can see the beautiful chain of Mountains in the Annapurna range. This place is famous, easiest and shortest trek who have short holiday and want to see beautiful mountains
  • Day 4
    Take Breakfast and Trek to Dhampus then drive back to Pohara. O/N Hotel. After breakfast we shall trek down to Dhampus Fedi where we shall have our lunch then drive back to Pokhara and transferred to the hotel.
  • Day 5
    Early morning drive to Sarangkot and drive back to airport fly back to Kathmandu then transfer to Hotel. O/N Hotel. We get up early morning and drive to Sharngkot for sunrise view. After Sharangkot drive to domestic airport at Pokhara then fly back to Kathmandu and transfer to Hotel. Free at leisure. There will be farewell dinner at typical Nepali restaurant with cultural dance show.
  • Day 6
    Final Departure to your sweet home country. Today is the time to say bye bye. You will be picked up from the hotel before a couple of hours of check in time then drive to airport for final departure to your sweet home country or your own destination.
